To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask you to respect your appointment time.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, the treatment duration will be reduced proportionally to avoid compromising subsequent bookings.
The treatment fee will remain unchanged and must be paid in full, even if the session is shorter.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to relax and fully enjoy your experience.
