Terms and Conditions – Delays
To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask you to respect your appointment time.
In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, the duration of the treatment will be reduced accordingly in order not to affect the following appointments.
The full treatment fee will still apply, even if the session is shortened.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to relax and fully enjoy your experience.
